Converting a Webpage To PDF



Converting a webpage to PDF makes life easy rather than saving the link to view it again. The solution will enable you to view offline, reading and gather material at later time or to share it. Converting the webpage will include all the text and photo as in the webpage view. There are multiple ways to converts a webpage and save it as PDF.

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Browser

Method 1 | Right click on the webpage and choose Print
Method 2 | Click the 3-dots button in the top right and choose Print
Method 3 | Press Ctrl + P on keyboard simultaneously to open the print menu

Regardless which method you choose, below step is applied to convert the webpage to PDF

For example, Method 1: -
  • Right click on the Webpage and click Print and Print preview pop-up windows will be displayed
  • Select Save as PDF at the print destination
  • Choose to save all pages or custom page by define the page number
  • Select Layout either Portrait or Landscape
  • Click More Settings to choose Paper Size
  • Tick the Background graphic checkbox to save all image in the webpage
  • Click Save and select destination to save the PDF
On Google Chrome


On Microsoft Edge


Firefox Browser

Unlike others browser, Firefox is using Microsoft Print to PDF to convert a webpage to PDF. For Firefox, only below method is available:

Method 1 | Click the open menu button in the top right and choose Print
  • Click Page Setup to customize layout orientation and to adjust headers and footers
  • Tick Print Background (Color & Images) checkbox at Options to save the background and images of the webpage


Method 2 | Press Ctrl + P on keyboard simultaneously
  • Print menu will be displayed



  • Select Microsoft Print to PDF
  • Click Print
  • Select location to save the PDF and click Save
