Turn On Edge Feature To Block Unwanted Apps

Microsoft continue to update their latest Edge browser. Latest update has new feature to blocks "Potentially Unwanted Apps" (PUA) which also known as "Potentially Unwanted Programs" (PUP) and it is disable by default.


A PUP or PUA is a program that contains spyware, adware, and dialers, and are often downloaded together with a program that the user wants.

To enable the feature, go-to edge Settings


Then, select Privacy and Services


Scroll down to Services and toggle switch on Block potentially unwanted apps, then close the setting page.
