Microsoft is releasing another final update to fix the issue wallpaper become black after setting it to stretch when installing update KB4534310.Even though, it was supposed to give an update for those users that sign up with ESU, now Microsoft need to release the update to all user to fix it.
Windows 7 users can download the update KB4539602 to resolve the issue. This fix is applied for all Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
